Position Overview

Lordco Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience
  • Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using your automotive knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff to source, order, and deliver solutions for our customers
  • Continuously develop your automotive knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the team's success

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of automotive and/or sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
