About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Handling incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for management.
Requirements:
