About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also provide a comprehensive benefits program that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Food Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, while ensuring high-quality food standards are met.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control food and supply costs, minimizing waste and excess inventory.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests and audits to ensure consistency and quality of food products.
