Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Altum Health in Vaughan. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

About the Role

This role involves performing various tasks, including:

  • Providing customer service and support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Assisting with client coordination and administration responsibilities
  • Offering clerical support services to ensure efficient operations
  • Performing other duties consistent with the job classification as required
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Completion of High School education required
  • Office Administration certificate or diploma preferred
  • One (1) year or more of related experience required
  • Previous on-the-job word processing and spreadsheet experience required; experience working in a Microsoft Office software environment an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve clinic/client/customer problems in a diplomatic manner required
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - 60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and consistent with the UHN compensation policy. Additionally, they will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for development and promotions within a large organization, close access to transit and UHN shuttle service, and a flexible work environment.
