We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Mastercard. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the prevention of fraud across the globe.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and improving fraud management applications. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers and engineers to ensure the highest quality standards by delivering comprehensive Quality Engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions to prevent fraud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using agile testing frameworks such as JUnit, Cucumber, and JBehave
  • Conduct exploratory testing to ensure the system functions as expected for end-users
  • Break down user stories and define detailed test plans for unit, functional, integration, and regression testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and testing
  • Strong skills in Java, JUnit, Cucumber, and JBehave
  • Experience with performance engineering and vulnerability tools such as Sonar, Checkmarx, and Fortify
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
