We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Compass Early Learning and Care. As a Nutrition Specialist, you will play a vital role in planning, preparing, and cooking nutritious and delicious meals and snacks for our children and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks that meet the dietary needs of our children and staff.
- Collaborate with our team of nutrition specialists to ensure consistency and quality in our food services.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that align with the Canada Food Guide and Compass ELC policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with families and staff to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Work closely with our community partners to provide education and resources on healthy eating and nutrition.
