Job Description:

As a Print Deployment Team Lead at LCA Lexmark International, Canada, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of internal and external partners to deploy printers/MFPs and manage existing devices for new and existing customers.

About the Role:
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate, and direct projects to ensure a complete and satisfactory solution is implemented.
  • FOLLOW lexmark prescribed process, procedures, and methodology in the execution of all projects.
  • Develop a project plan that outlines all phases, activities, and tasks necessary for executing the project and manage the project schedule.
  • Establish a baseline budget, timeline, and set of customer expectations at project initiation and manage to that baseline.
  • Accountable for ensuring that the order template has been created correctly and is correct for the initial order to be placed.
  • Review all required hardware orders.
  • Lead the Lexmark PM/PC team in the execution of all assigned projects.
  • Manage the Lexmark Implementation team personnel; ensuring all services required by contract are initiated within the established timeline, budget, and technical objectives.
  • Conduct progress reviews with clients and team personnel, providing contingency and problem resolution plans as required.
  • Develop and manage the project's change control procedures.
  • Assist management in making reality-based decisions regarding the development of timeline and budget in the Pre-Sales process.
  • Manage scope, budget, margin, and all project resources.
  • Manage the relationship among clients, all team members, and management.
  • Ascertain (with the team) areas of risk and develop appropriate contingencies.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of the Asset Registry used as the basis for the ARMS upload. All Asset Registries need to be updated no later than a week after installation of devices. A final asset registry will be created within 5 days of the completion of installation.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual speaker (English and French writing & reading fluency).
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the deployment of print devices.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Experience with Managed Print Services projects and hardware deployments preferred.
  • Strong task management, problem-solving, and process management skills, with ability to direct work through non-dedicated resources.
  • Experience managing delivery of services through external partners (carriers, installation partner technicians, disposal partners, etc.).
  • Strong customer-centric, professional communication skills and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a potentially high stress/demanding environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to balance budget considerations while meeting the customer's demands and project deadlines.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft products: Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must; Visio experience also preferable.
  • Ability to travel, on average, around 25% or less.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
