About Romero Cleaners

We are a reputable cleaning services company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Light Duty Cleaner. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Tasks: Sweep, mop, and dust floors, walls, and surfaces
  • Disinfecting and Polishing: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Trash and Debris Removal: Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Specialized Cleaning: Clean changing rooms and showers
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, and honesty
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking office building, cleaning service company, various locations
  • Work Setting: Commercial building, health care institution, facility or clinic, shopping centre or mall
