Chef, Ethnic Foods Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef, Ethnic Foods Specialist to join our team at CHASKA INDIAN STREET FOOD OBSESSION. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase the rich flavors and traditions of international cuisine.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that reflect the diversity of international cuisine, ensuring that dishes are authentic, flavorful, and visually appealing.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques, ensuring that high standards of quality and consistency are maintained.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menus and events, and to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and communication skills.
