About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Yarrow Limited Partnership. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Medications and ensure accurate dosing and administration.
  • Apply Aseptic Techniques to maintain a sterile environment and prevent infection.
  • Conduct Specimen Collection and analyze results to inform patient care.
  • Monitor Patients' Progress and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Licensure as a practical nurse in the province/territory of work.
  • Geriatrics Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Criminal Record Check and immunization records required.
  • Willingness to Relocate for this position.
