Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to provide essential care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

About the Job
  • This is a permanent position offering 30-40 hours of work per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medication (as required), and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train individuals with relevant experience or transferable skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certification an asset.

Salary

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
