Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at 2740038 Ontario Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
