Regional Sales Director Opportunity

At Oliver & Bonacini, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales and event management team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of event specialists, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet annual sales goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of event specialists to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and other team members to support hiring and training initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between event specialists and operating departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Monitor guest reactions and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Seek new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients to expand our business.
  • Effectively communicate the vision and goals of the business unit to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of event sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Advanced written and spoken French language skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, coach on selling, and work independently.
  • College or University graduate in a hospitality-related program.
  • Knowledge of menu development and event planning.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in making daily business decisions.
