About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Enterprise Services Manager to join our Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. team. As a trusted advisor to our largest and most committed customers, you will be responsible for managing the working relationship with Federal National Security and Defence organizations, developing a long-term Professional Services sales strategy, and executing that strategy within those accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue within Federal National Security and Defence organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within these organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new contracts and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience selling transformative consulting services to the Federal Government of Canada.
  • Extensive working knowledge of National Security and Defence consulting contract vehicles and related RFx activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations.
  • Established executive customer relationships.
  • Experience with contract and statement of work development.
