We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Taunton Commercial Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meat for processing, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Cut and trim meat to precise specifications, using various techniques and equipment.
- Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution and sale.
- Remove bones and other inedible parts from meat, ensuring a high level of quality control.
- Weigh and price meat products accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Supervise and assist other butchers and meat cutters as needed, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
