About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Opex Foods Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with a smile.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as soups, salads, and sandwiches, to meet customer demands.
  • Food Handling and Sanitation: Handle and store food and cleaning products safely, maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and supplies, and keep records of food quantities used.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, supporting each other to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
