Grill Chef

We are a reputable banquet and grill house seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our team. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze Operating Costs and Data
Monitor and analyze operating costs and other data to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Instruct and Train Cooks
Provide guidance and instruction to cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff
Oversee and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Prepare and Cook Meals
Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
- Requisition Food and Supplies
Procure and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience
A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language
Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours
A 30 to 40 hour workweek is expected.
