Job Overview

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on 37.5 hours of work per week. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.



Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Provide personalized support to patients, including taking vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence and mobility.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise.


Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification are mandatory.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and move patients safely and efficiently.
