About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Accounts Manager to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key national accounts in the Non-Acute healthcare vertical.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. They will be expected to provide industry and product knowledge, structured processes, and meet revenue goals aligned with company objectives.

Duties and Accountabilities:
  • Identify strategic partnerships to maximize revenue growth
  • Close key strategic national accounts such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaw's, Rexall, LifeLabs, Dynacare, Canadian Blood Services etc.
  • Consistently meet and exceed budgeted sales targets
  • Skillfully manage contract negotiations utilizing knowledge of market rates to attain new business while ensuring acceptable margin achievement
  • Leverage experience with HPSA, GPOs, and other government organizations to promote Daniel's brand and value
  • Develop and report strategic customer account plans that align with Daniels objectives and plans
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive book of business, ensuring price adjustments, service levels and margin expectations are met and implemented as required
  • Utilize industry knowledge to provide insight into sales growth and service enhancement opportunities
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic go to market initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance with pricing methodologies, organizational structure and team leadership
  • Stay up to date with internal and external market developments, and suggest new products, services and strategies to increase sales
  • Identify and participate in trade shows and conferences
  • Utilization of Salesforce CRM, including but not limited to, opportunity tracking, revenue forecasting and account management
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing a sales team, preferably at a National Account environment; exceptional results and ability to create a positive work environment
  • 4 years' experience with a successful sales track record as an individual contributor
  • Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies that align with business initiatives and sales target goals
  • Experience in the identification and penetration of key stakeholders including decision making and influencing network at a National Account level
  • Experience in national account sales and share development, customer contribution within the National Accounts division
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and multitasking environment
  • Proven ability to interface with multiple departments inside and outside of home office
  • Strong organizational and process skills
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies that align with business initiatives
  • Excel and Salesforce skills highly desired

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
