Job Summary:

The Store Manager is a key leadership role at Spirit Halloween, responsible for overseeing the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Establish and maintain Guest Services to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Control expenses and manage inventory, merchandising, and staffing
  • Manage shrink, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Prior retail management experience
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
