Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to specialize in commercial real estate transactions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience on Bay Street or a similar national firm with a dynamic and outgoing personality.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and be able to run a client file from beginning to end.
  • Sales experience or a previous book of business is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other related documents.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on commercial real estate matters.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial real estate law and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience running a client file from beginning to end.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
