Job Summary

SMB Massage & Spa is seeking a skilled Bodywork Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced day spa environment. As a Bodywork Specialist, you will provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, utilizing your expertise in soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, and hydrotherapy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer massage techniques to alleviate pain and promote relaxation
  • Assess clients through range of motion and muscle tests to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body to release tension
  • Work collaboratively with other therapists to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Adhere to high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in massage therapy
  • Permanent work arrangement with 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
