Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and make decisions autonomously to resolve complex property, farm, and commercial claims.
- Evaluate damage and prepare estimates on property losses, including attending the scene of the loss.
- Collaborate with vendors and government officials to facilitate settlement of the loss.
- Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
- Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Three years of claims or related business experience.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma.
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
- Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.

- Travel regularly.
- Have your own vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
- Potential exposure to conditions that require health and safety protection.
- Direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
