We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrative Consultant to join our team at Randstad. As a remote consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating policies that promote compliance, clarity, and consistency across the organization.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive and legally compliant employee handbook and standardized offer letters. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will align organizational policies with the British Columbia Employment Standards Act and other applicable legislation. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, reduce legal risks, and maintain a positive employer brand.

Your work will have a significant impact on the organization's HR practices and procedures. You will need to stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulations, providing expert advice to stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR, has excellent communication skills, and can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legislative requirements;
  • Collaborate with HR teams to create employee handbooks and offer letters;
  • Conduct research and provide expert advice on employment standards and legislation;
  • Communicate policy changes and updates to stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR policies and procedures.
