We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Amayra Enterprises Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as greeting clients, processing information, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Direct Clients: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Process Information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- Answer Phone Calls: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Provide Customer Service: Provide customer service
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Independently: Ability to work independently
- Fast-Paced Environment: Fast-paced environment
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure
- Duration of Employment: 1 to less than 7 months
- Dental Plan: Dental plan
