Wireless Marketing Director for Consumer Brands

About the RoleThis pivotal position demands a collaborative spirit, exceptional data analysis skills, and a keen understanding of customer-centric marketing. As a leader, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that prioritize the customer experience, elevate brand positioning, and drive growth across wireless and consumer segments.
You will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships across sales, pricing, operations, and digital teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives and product launches. Additionally, you'll encourage a collaborative culture that recognizes the contributions of team members and stakeholders.
With a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies, particularly in high-growth environments, you'll utilize customer insights to guide marketing decisions, emphasizing Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on wireless consumer and small business segments, aligning with overall organizational goals.
- Foster strong partnerships across sales, pricing, operations, and digital teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Encourage a collaborative culture that recognizes the contributions of team members and stakeholders.
As a leader in this role, you'll also analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic plans. You'll set and track performance metrics to assess progress against revenue and market performance targets, ensuring marketing initiatives are effective and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred. With 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, particularly in wireless or consumer marketing, you'll be well-equipped to drive performance in campaigns, focusing on digital marketing and brand strategy.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. The role offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a wide range of benefits to support your well-being and work-life balance.
