Job Title: Study Delivery Manager

As a Study Delivery Manager at ICON, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of clinical studies. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of study delivery, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Study Delivery Lead to ensure seamless study delivery
  • Manage and maintain internal systems, databases, and tracking tools to ensure study completeness
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful study delivery
  • Monitor study conduct and progress, identifying and resolving risks and issues
  • Develop and lead study plans, including monitoring plans, vendor management plans, and risk management plans
  • Facilitate and maintain interactions with internal and external partners to ensure successful study delivery
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee CRO activities
  • Oversee country-specific activities, including recruitment progress, data completeness, and compliance
  • Coordinate study-related activities and manage team communication
  • Ensure study inspection readiness and eTMF completeness
  • Manage study budgets and track expenses
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in a medical or biological science or related field
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical or scientific environment
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical trials, drug development process, and ICH-GCP
  • Strong project management skills and good leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills, including external service provider management skills
