About the Role

The Fitness Sales and Service Professional position is a dynamic role that requires a passion for fitness and a strong desire to assist others. As a Fitness Sales and Service Professional, you will be responsible for generating new membership leads, building relationships with members, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and follow up with new membership leads
  • Build relationships with members and determine their fitness goals
  • Provide coaching and instruction on the use of club equipment
  • Assist members with fitness concerns and ensure they are satisfied with our services
  • Responsible for the front desk area and greet each member and guest
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work a variable schedule
  • Demonstrates our core values
  • CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
