You will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our lending applications, modernizing the way goeasy manages its core business. Collaborate with senior product managers, internal business clients, technology teams, and client partners to build out, operationalize, and innovate across our ecosystem.

In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise, relationship skills, and product knowledge to support internal clients and embed in technology, transforming business insights into concise deliverables and guiding key product decisions. Work collaboratively with analysts, developers, and leaders at all levels, supporting the product development process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating exploration of product solutions and understanding business units and customers supported.
  • Collaborating with internal clients to identify and document business requirements and opportunities, capturing and presenting as epics/user stories.
  • Utilizing various problem-solving techniques (e.g., customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process mapping) and driving conversion into significant actions.
  • Constructing frameworks for test cases (manual or automated).
  • Organizing and overseeing repositories for knowledge artifacts.
  • Supporting solution design with technical development teams, surfacing downstream systems implications, executing data flow diagrams.
  • Providing advice, consultancy, and advocacy of lending systems, knowledge, and standard methodologies across the organization.
  • Leading requirements or design workshops and grooming.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** $110,000 - $140,000

This position requires:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, communicating topics both technical and business to the appropriate audience.
  • Ability to work in an Agile team, applying Agile tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar.
  • IIBA, similar certification, or demonstrated experience.
  • A passion for customer experience, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • An understanding of UI/UX and web technologies.
  • Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.
  • Experience working in the financial sector is an asset but not required.

goeasy offers a Flexible Work Program that provides employees with the ability to work three days onsite per week from our Mississauga office.
