Lead Painter Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at TOP COATS PROFESSIONAL PAINTING.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting various surfaces both indoors and outdoors. They will also need to repair cracks and holes, erect scaffolding, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials.
A key aspect of this role is project management, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and be physically capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
This position requires a high level of initiative, flexibility, and reliability, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
