Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at H.K. SMALL WORLD TRADING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend suitable goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and train their staff on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
