Director of Engineering, Practitioner Experience Lead

Our platform empowers practitioners to create personalized health plans, provide education and support tools, and seamlessly prescribe and manage supplements. We're seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to lead our practitioner experience team and drive technical innovation.
About the Role
- As the Director of Engineering, you'll be responsible for shaping the technical vision and architecture for our practitioner experience team.
- You'll work closely with other technical leaders to establish best practices and improve team collaboration.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and data leaders to build a world-class practitioner experience.
- Support executives in driving growth initiatives while maintaining the technical health of our application.
- Develop and execute a technical roadmap to ensure Fullscript's continued scalability.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing applications.
- Experience in a collaborative environment with product management, design, and data leaders.
- Strong technical leadership skills and a passion for innovation.
- Experience working in a continuous integration environment.
- Background in e-commerce or health-tech is a plus.
