Your Job Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and answer their questions with a friendly approach, actively listening to their needs and offering a people-centric experience.
  • Help clients use banking applications and ABMs, resolving complex situations and providing transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, while adhering to compliance and risk management rules.

Your Team

You will be part of a team of experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more. The branch is open one evening per week, with various work schedules possible depending on team availability. This position reports to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, have customer service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity. You should also have a positive attitude, empathy for clients, interest in technology, and skills in sharing knowledge. Fluency in French is required, as is the ability to adapt to different situations. Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
