At Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 5-10 people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, lead training sessions, and motivate team members.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans, provide excellent customer service, and address customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
