Job Title: Executive Chef - Lodge Operations Lead
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our culinary team in Cochrane, ON. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at our lodge in Cochrane, ON. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food and Beverage Execution: Ensure that all menu items are prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way.
- Team Leadership: Manage and train kitchen employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Menu Planning and Development: Work with the hospitality team to develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests.
- Sustainability and Quality Assurance: Implement sustainable practices in the kitchen and ensure that all food safety protocols are followed.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a management role.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
