Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Hire food service staff and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports, including tracking sales data and monitoring inventory levels.
This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working closely with your team to ensure seamless operations. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
