About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at Inkroom Tattoo Studio Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and budget.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff workload.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, including training and performance management.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that our studio remains financially stable and well-stocked.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, including tattoo artists, receptionists, and other support staff.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Design and create traditional tattoos, as well as manage the studio's inventory of supplies.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that our studio remains clean and well-maintained.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their experience.
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring and promotions, to management.
  • Prepare payroll, including managing staff hours and benefits.
  • Prepare marketing plans, including social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, including tattoo equipment and ink.
  • Complete sales transactions, including managing cash and credit card sales.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our studio remains efficient and effective.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the tattoo industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
