The role of Manager, Assurance at MNP requires a skilled professional with 4-6 years of experience in public accounting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business and accounting principles, and the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

This hybrid position involves regular travel to various First Nations communities, where you will provide expertise to empower Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses and individuals in navigating a dynamic social, political and economic environment.

Key responsibilities include leading client-facing engagement teams, delivering industry and technical expertise, managing a portfolio of clients, and maintaining quality control. You will also network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities, and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.

To succeed in this role, you will require a CPA designation, a strong understanding of management and practice development principles, and the ability to build relationships and grow client accounts.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
