Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Plan A Kamloops/British Columbia.
Job Summary
This 3-month contract offers opportunities for an LPN to provide quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment. The position is available with 8-hour shifts, days/evenings, and nights.
About the Role
- As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed, lead training/counseling groups, and perform initial and ongoing assessments throughout treatment.
- Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- A valid LPN license with BCCNM is required.
- A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Adults Sector is also necessary.
- CPR Level C certification and an up-to-date immunization schedule are expected.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,400-$78,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
