Afrina Beauty Center - Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team at Afrina Beauty Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing communication strategies and programs, conducting comparative research on marketing strategies, and maintaining and managing digital databases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and experience with digital media platforms. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will be responsible for creating content, designing email campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize future efforts.

About the Role:

  • Promote our brand and products through various marketing channels
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve future efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on social media and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools and software
  • Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
