Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at Khinda Construction Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and managing budgets.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring the company's assets and reputation are protected.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of construction professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
