Senior Business Development Director

At Invest Ontario, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts. As the Senior Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating high-value investors, providing executive investor services, and developing investment strategies that drive economic growth in Ontario.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the private and public sectors, with a proven track record of navigating complex landscapes to drive meaningful results. They possess a sharp eye for identifying opportunities and the tenacity to pursue them, with a strong external presence and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of Ontario's economic development priorities. You will work closely with domestic and international partners to establish or expand operations in the province, focusing on the advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and technology sectors.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have access to ongoing leadership development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
