Job Title: Director, Information Technology

March Networks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our IT strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic IT plan that supports business growth and innovation
  • Lead the IT team to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
  • Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure March Networks remains competitive
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in IT, including new product development and implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects and initiatives on time and within budget
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
