About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management and financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
