Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Kingsmill Foods Company Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food processing facility, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure that all products meet our quality and safety standards, conducting regular quality control checks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and develop production staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including quality, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure that all aspects of production are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating production staff, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles, with experience in implementing and maintaining HACCP and GMP programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting production deadlines and achieving quality and safety standards.
