Financial Services Payroll Coordinator

beBee Professionals is seeking a Financial Services Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Barrie. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, as well as the maintenance of payroll records and related reports.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing, a strong understanding of payroll regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining payroll records and related reports
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations
- Providing support to employees regarding payroll issues
- Reconciling payroll accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of payroll tax returns
