We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at New York Fries. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient restaurant operational procedures, ensuring maximum productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties, sanitation, and safety requirements.
  • Train staff in job-specific skills and company policies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and inventory levels to make informed decisions on menu optimization, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and stock levels, providing insights that inform business growth and development.
  • Develop and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the management team to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

About You:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and guide your team towards achieving shared goals.
  • You are proactive and organized, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • You have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools, able to analyze data and create informative reports.
