We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team as a support specialist at Spectrum Management Ltd.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operation.
  • Client Relations: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
