About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Roadmap Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and innovation in the rapidly evolving game market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate strategic directives into actionable goals and key results, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision.
  • Develop a holistic view of the market and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, and EA-wide technical partners, to drive product discovery and delivery.
  • Work with game studios to understand their business needs and drive collaboration sessions to determine effective solutions.
  • Partner with analytics to establish an experimentation roadmap, leveraging A/B testing to meet objectives and create valuable product and player insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and gaming industries, as well as current entertainment platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner, collaborate, and engage stakeholders effectively to achieve outcome-based success.
  • Able to adapt quickly and make informed decisions based on player feedback, data, and peer collaboration.
  • Experience leading product definition, prioritization, and guiding the delivery of technically complex product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive analysis, data analysis, and other discovery methods to identify high-impact areas to invest in.
  • Passion for defining goals and metrics for products and being accountable for corresponding outcomes and growth.
  • Proven experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and presenting to executive leadership to build alignment and advocacy for the roadmap.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is estimated to be between $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 80 hours per year of sick time, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) matching.
