The Opportunity:

At PBS Systems, we're revolutionizing the automotive industry by providing cutting-edge software solutions. We're looking for a highly skilled Product Specialist - CRM to join our Development Team, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products.

The Role:

As a Product Specialist - CRM, you'll be responsible for problem management, quality assurance testing, documentation, and participating in the full development lifecycle of new and existing software features and services. You'll work closely with our PSG (Product Solutions Group) Team to identify and resolve issues, collaborate on new feature development, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Participate in team meetings and scrums
  • Investigate, replicate, and escalate problems and bugs
  • Collaborate with teams members to plan and design new features
  • Execute test procedures on bugs and new features
  • Create new product documentation
  • Manage multiple tasks at once, maintaining exceptional quality
  • Review requirements analysis
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • University degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years QA and/or industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in both a team atmosphere and independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding prioritization, and organizational skills, including strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Willing to dive into difficult technical issues and figure them out
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
